Back Pack Program Fund Raiser

Jolley Smiles is proud to be participants of the Kids Aid’s “Back Pack Program” by accepting any food donations in exchange for Reward Points. This program has been set up to help provide food for families in need, through the Mesa County school district.

Points: Under 5 Items= 5 pts., 5-10 Items= 10+ pts.,
Over 10 Items= Points will vary
(There is no limit on how many items you can bring)

*Spaghetti-O's *Raviolis *Spaghetti and Meatballs *Chili *Chicken Noodle Soup *Vegetable Beef
Soup *Peanut Butter *Crackers *Mac 'n' Cheese *Ramen Noodles *Fruit Cups *Apple Sauce *Juice
