Back Pack Program Fund Raiser

We have currently started a new Fund Raiser to help our patients earn extra OrthoPerks Points as
well as helping many children in Mesa County. We are now accepting donations for the "Back Pack Program." This is a program to help out schools in the Grand Valley that are currently providing
food for families in need.

Points: Under 5 Items= 5 pts., 5-10 Items= 10+ pts.,
Over 10 Items= Points will vary
(There is no limit on how many items you can bring)

Examples of Foods that are accepted:

*Spaghetti-O's *Raviolis *Spaghetti and Meatballs *Chili *Chicken Noodle Soup *Vegetable Beef
Soup *Peanut Butter *Crackers *Mac 'n' Cheese *Ramen Noodles *Fruit Cups *Apple Sauce *Juice
Boxes *Cereal Bars *Pudding Cups *Popcorn
